The Contractor shall evaluate existing pedestrian routes along several routes in Central Region for compliance and adherence to current AKDOT&PF and FHWA Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards. Results of the inventory shall be used to design and construct improvements to pedestrian facilities including curb ramps, sidewalks, and bus stops found to be in non-conformance with State and Federal standards. Services include: Environmental Activities, Field Investigation and Data Collection, Surveying and ROW Mapping, Design Study Report, Public Involvement, Erosion and Sediment Control Plan, Plans, Specifications and Engineers Estimate, Utilities Agreements, Assistance During Bidding, Assistance with Design Project Closeout, and Assistance During Construction. Estimated range (US$): 500,000 to 1,000,000 Project Site (City, Village, etc.) Central Region, Anchorage, Soldotna Plans room: Central Anticipated period of performance - Begin/End : April 2022 through December 2024 The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
