Reference number : 1572648 Review Title : Refurbishment of 11th row Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-02-28 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The Municipality of Saint-Valère would like to obtain bids for the repair work on 11e rang de Saint-Valère, over a total length of 4,890 meters, as well as the culvert replacement work. Interested companies or individuals must obtain the tender documents through the electronic tendering system from February 16, 2022. Tenders will be submitted to Council at a later meeting. Any submission received after the time and date specified above will be rejected. All tenders must be accompanied by a tender bond, the amount of which is equal to 10% of the total amount of the tender excluding applicable taxes, valid for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) days. The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest tender or any of the tenders received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to one or other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. This call for tenders and the awarding of the contract are conditional on obtaining the letter from the Ministère des Transports du Québec confirming the subsidy under the RIRL program (Redressement des infrastructures route locales) as well as the approval of the loan by-law. Performance and Material Bond 50% is required.
