PROJECT NAME : Work to widen the shoulder on the Montée du Grand-Bois PROJECT NUMBER : MSG-2022-05 The MUNICIPALITY OF MONT-SAINT-GRÉGOIRE is requesting bids for work to widen the shoulder on Montée du Grand-Bois, including various modifications to the existing storm sewer structures. Various works are also part of the mandate.
Only contractors having an establishment in Quebec or, when an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, in a province covered by this agreement, and holding, where applicable, an appropriate construction contractor's license issued by the Régie des Quebec construction companies.

It is agreed that any information given or communicated by an officer or employee of the Municipality cannot be used to interpret the tender documents, nor the plans and specifications, nor be supplementary to them. REQUIREMENTS To be considered eligible, any submission must be accompanied by: 1. a bid bond or a certified check equivalent to 10% of the amount of the bid in favor of the Municipality of Mont-Saint-Grégoire and valid for a period of sixty (60) days following the opening of submissions; 2. a letter of intent from a company authorized to stand surety and undertaking to provide a performance bond equivalent to 50% of the amount of the contract, as well as a guarantee of payment of wages , materials and labor equivalent to 50% of the contract amount.
