Description: WIN's 25423.00C, 24167.00C, and 22581.00D Location: In Kennebec County, Region 2, WIN 25423.00C, project is located at 108 Lyons Road in Sidney In Franklin County, Region 3, WIN 24167.00C, project is located at GPS 44.794124, -70.645087 in Township E In Penobscot County, Region 4, WIN 22581.00D, project is located at 2496 Moosehead Trail in Plymouth Outline of Work: Crushing stockpiles of bituminous pavement and other incidental work. The basis of award will be by Region. A Bidder is not required to bid all Regions, and may bid one or more Regions.
