Renovation of a municipal facility in Minden, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Scope: the intent of these specifications is to describe the replacement of various roofs on various buildings owned by the City of Minden, NE. The building must meet IBC requirements Specifications: All materials under these specifications shall be of new product. All material supplied for these specifications shall be of current manufacturers productions model. The City of Minden reserves the right to accept any bid which it deems most favorable to the City, to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bid received, to reject any or all bids submitted, and to hold as many bids as it desires for consideration for a period of sixty (60) days after the bids are open. Award(s) will be made to the lowest responsive responsible bidder. Bids received after the specified time of closing will be returned unopened. Awarded bidder will be required to provide the City of Minden with Proof of Liability Insurance in the minimum amounts of: General Liability $1,000,000, Workers Compensation Limits $500,000 Each Accident, $500,000 Disease per Policy, $500,000 Disease per Employee Accident/Disease; and Combined Single Limit (CSL) for Auto $1,000,000. An umbrella policy may be provided to show adequate coverage if the insurance policy does not meet or exceed the requested limits. For any questions, please call City Hall at (308) 832-1820.
