The West Windsor-Plainsboro Regional School District invites the submission of sealed bids on: BID NO: 2022-01 TRASH AND RECYCLING COLLECTION for the 2022-2023 school year with the option of up to two (2) one year renewals. All questions pertaining to the bid must be made in writing to Lori Siemon, Purchasing Specialist no later than 12:00 pm on Monday, March 28, 2022 via email: Lori.Siemon@wwprsd.org or via facsimile to 609-716-5012. (Please call 609-716-5000 x5013 to confirm receipt of facsimile.) Bids must be in strict compliance with specifications. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Any bid submitted will be binding for 60 days subsequent to the date of the bid opening. Bidding shall be conducted in accordance with the New Jersey Public School Contracts Law, N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-1 et seq. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c 127, (NJSA 10:5-31 et seq. and NJAC 17:27). Bidders are required to submit a NJ Business Registration Certificate prior to award of contract and the bidder must have obtained the NJ Business Registration Certificate prior to receipt of bids per P.L.2009, c.315.
