IDNR is seeking a vendor to replace a generator at Des Plaines GF. See Scope of Work for further details. There is no pre-submission conference for this project. DNR - Des Plaines GF - Replace Generator Is this a Small Business Set Aside Procurement: No Is there a BEP/VBP Participation Goal : No Disconnect and remove from site one (1) existing 90 kW Natural Gas Generator and fuel tank from existing concrete pad. Provide and install one (1) new Natural Gas Generator rated at (minimum) 48 kW, 120/240V, 1ph, 60Hz @ 1800 RPM. Offsite disposal of existing Natural Gas Generator shall comply with all applicable IEPA codes and guidelines. Disconnect and remove one (1) 225 A NEMA 1 Automatic Transfer Switch. Provide and install one (1) new (minimum) 400 A NEMA 1 Automatic Transfer Switch rated at 400 A, 240 V, 1ph, and 60 Hz. Additional modification to the work location, outside this scope of work, will not be approved. New Equipment must be compatible with pre-existing components. Provide and install one (1) new natural gas regulator, associated piping, and connections. Provide any necessary modifications to existing power conduit and cable feeders from new generator to new automatic transfer switch to accommodate new generator, and to accommodate new automatic transfer switch. Provide any necessary modifications to existing power conduit and cable feeders from meter to automatic transfer switch to accommodate new automatic transfer switch. Provide equipment to unload and place new emergency generator. Provide System Startup and load testing.
