Site work and paving for a civil project in Central Point, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Resurface/Replace approximate 24' x 250' section of Asphalt roadway owned by HAJC in Central Point, Oregon 97502. The existing roadway (1996 era) abuts to concrete aprons, curbs, catch basins, water valves that shall all remain accessible and operational as intended upon completion. The Hazel Ct. and roadway into Willow Glen Apartments may be closed during construction as there are alternate routes. Asphalt materials and placement should follow ODOT typical and Jackson County Road requirements for refence. Bidders are urged to familiarize the location, constraints and conditions of the existing site. Any interested bidders without internet access may download the complete solicitation and addenda at any public library or contact the HAJC for alternative delivery methods. Bidder is responsible for any preparation and delivery fees. Questions shall be submitted to the HAJC via email in a signed/dated PDF attachment. Questions shall be RECEIVED by 5:00 PM PST February 23, 2022
