Description

Renovation of a medical facility in Saanichton, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

The purpose of this project is to create a Primary Care Network (PCN) clinic. PCN's are based in the provision of culturally safe care, include interdisciplinary team-based family practices and primary care clinics for patients located across the Island Health region where physicians and nurse practitioners work alongside other health professionals to provide complete care to patients. The project includes the renovation of three different areas of the existing Geriatrician and NP clinic as follows: 1. Room 137 - New Telehealth Room 2. Room 162 - Clinic Reception Area Expansion 3. Rooms 156, 157, 158, 159, 160 and 161 - Exam Room and Consult Room Renovation
