Submission sent electronically accepted: No The Center de services scolaire des Navigateurs wishes to obtain bids in sealed envelopes for the lawn cutting work of its schools and centers for a period of 3 years. The places of execution of the works are listed in appendix 15. The contract will be for a period of 3 years. Interested firms can obtain quotes and other relevant documents from the Electronic Tendering System. You can also obtain additional information by e-mail from Mr. Alexandre Coulombe, coordinator, at the following address: alexandre.coulombe@csnavigateurs.qc.ca . All tenders must be accompanied by a tender guarantee , in the form of a certified check for an amount equal to 3% of the total contract before taxes , payable to Center de services scolaire des Navigateurs, or a letter irrevocable guarantee or a tender bond established in the same amount valid for a period of 45 days from the date of opening of tenders. Note that the letter of guarantee or the bid bond must be issued by a financial institution that is an insurer holding a license issued in accordance with the Insurance Act (RSQ, c. A-32) authorizing it to practice insurance. suretyship insurance, a trust company licensed under theAct respecting trust companies and savings companies (RSQ, c. S-29.01), a financial services cooperative covered by the Act respecting financial services cooperatives (RSQ, c. C-67.3) or a bank in meaning of the Bank Act (SC, 1991, c. 46), failing which the tender will be automatically rejected . All public calls for tenders, quotes and tenders are governed by the Act respecting contracting by public bodies as well as its regulations and by the policies, regulations or directives of the Center de services scolaire des Navigateurs. This public call for tenders is not subject to any intergovernmental agreement. Bidding service providers are responsible for the choice of subcontractors, both for their solvency and for the content of their bid. Note that any offer, donation or payment, remuneration or advantage in view of being awarded the contract resulting from this call for tenders is likely to lead to the rejection of the tender or, where applicable, the termination of the contract.
