Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Rose Valley, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
As of March 30, 2022, per the engineer this project has been awarded to Innovative Construction Services. resurfacing of certain roads in the Todmorden Development including curb repair. ll materials and workmanship shall meet the current PA Department of Transportation Specifications. The Bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the Bid, made payable to Rose Valley Borough. This is a prevailing wage project. Rose Valley Borough reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
