Wardwell Water & Sewer District is accepting bids quotes for (1) Compact Excavator and (1) Skid Steerompact Loader. Quoted equipment must be new. Compact Excavator criteria shall include but is not limited to a Tier 4, 23 hp or greater engine, two speed transmission, 60" to 90" machine width, back-up alarm & camera, enclosed cab with heat & A/C, 10' minimum dig depth, air ride seat, adjustable pilot controls, LED working lights, AM/FM radio, touch displace control panel w/LCD screen, high flow hydraulics for attachments, quick connect hydraulic couplers, and angle blade & thumb attachment. Skid Steer/Compact Loader criteria shall include but is not limited to a Tier 4, 68 to 75 hp engine, two speed transmission, back-up alarm & camera, enclosed cab with heat and A/C, air ride seat, adjustable pilot controls, LED work lights, AM/FM radio, touch display control panel w/LCD screen, high flow hydraulics for attachments, quick connect hydraulic couplers, and a standard bucket and forks. Bids shall include a Warranty of 2 years or 2,000 hours, and delivery shall be within 90 days of acceptance. Bids shall be an all-inclusive, lump sum price, for each piece of equipment as described herein. Additionally, Wardwell may award one (1) piece of equipment, or both. Please include any discounts should both pieces of equipment be awarded to the same supplier/manufacturer. Wardwell Water and Sewer District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
