The City of Grand Forks, herein referred to as "Owner," is seeking quotes to secure a contractor as an independent contractor, and not as an employee, to provide mowing and herbicide application services for properties associated with the Public Works Department as indicated on the attached maps. The work will include, but is not limited to, mowing, trimming (including weed whipping cracks driveways, sidewalks, etc.), edging, debris removal, and other related work. The Owner reserves the right to reject a quote submission deemed incomplete. All taxes imposed by the city, county, or federal government shall be included in the quote sum. Quote price shall include all costs, including material, equipment, and labor, associated with this work item, to provide continuous burrowing rodent control for the areas identified on the attached maps. No bidder shall consider themself under contract after the opening and reading of the bids until the contract manager has contacted them.
