Work includes the installation of safety play surfacing and playground equipment, construction of concrete pathways, plaza area, curbs and seat walls, site stormwater drainage features, perimeter landscaping and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract drawings, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. The Engineers Estimate is $610,837. This Contract provides for the following improvements at HJ Carroll County Park in Chimacum, Washington: - Construction of a fenced playground, west of the existing basketball court, that includes installation of safety play surfacing and playground equipment. - Construction of concrete paths within the playground footprint and to connect the parking lot to the playground. Additional concrete work includes curbs, a playground plaza and seat walls. - Construct and install site stormwater drainage features to include playground underdrains, French drains, catch basins and storm drainage piping to transport stormwater to an infiltration basin west of the playground. - Site landscaping to include playground perimeter planting and hydroseed lawn placement, existing tree protection and a sitewide irrigation system
