Site work and renovation of a civil project in Spokane, Washington. Design plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project will construct a stormwater treatment and retention facility to be integrated with the Downriver Boat Launch. Construction will be coordinated with TJ Meenach street reconstruction project. This project will reduce the direct discharge of stormwater to the Spokane River from the Cochran Basin. By eliminating the discharge of stormwater from the Cochran Basin, approximately 50% of the City of Spokane's stormwater discharge to the Spokane River will be removed. Approximately 90% of stormwater from this basin will be treated to meet the water quality requirements from the Department of Ecology. This project is included in the City of Spokane's FY 2022-2027 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). As of February 28, 2022, this project is currently in design. , information regarding a design team or a general contractor is not available.
