Renovation of a municipal facility in Mandeville, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
St. Tammany Parish Government reserves the right to reject any or all quotes and to waive informalities. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to remove/replace two cooling tower bypass valves and two actuators located at 23515 US 190, Mandeville, LA 70448. This building and campus are 24-hour classroom/office facility and any shutdown of the systems or interruption of utility service will be strictly enforced and the number of shutdowns must be minimized Any required shutdown must be scheduled during the weekday hours, 8am-4pm Monday thru Friday time frame. Provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to remove any existing work, materials or conditions necessary to perform work in accordance with these specifications, Contractor will be responsible for demolition and removal of all existing equipment being replaced. Contractor shall clean away from the job site all debris or removed equipment that is deemed unsalvageable or of no value by the Owner.
