Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Austin, Texas. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

The following scope is intended to be achieved by primarily drawing upon prior material developed, aligning with the Development Priorities, and focusing the conversation around the implementation and market feasible options that would provide an effective road map to potential developers of the Subject Property. The Subject Property is located along 11th Street and includes two assembled parcels known as Blocks 16 and Block 18, and overall plan for this scope will include the immediately adjacent context, to create seamless integration and cultural continuity with the larger African American Cultural Heritage District, and Six Square District. For the scope outlined below, AEDC is seeking Respondents who will take a holistic view of the two parcels and their immediately adjacent blocks as well as any connections to the site along major or side streets. The total budget for all three scopes of work (1, 2 & 3) is $100,000 (anticipated $85,000 and $15,000). This is a fixed budget and Respondents must be prepared to perform their assigned scope of services within their particular budget.
