Saving Project...

Site work and new construction of a communication facility in Lumberton, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a communication facility; and for site work for a communication facility.

The project shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment and performing all work required to satisfactorily complete the ASOS Antenna Tower project. Items of work include foundation and erection of ASOS antenna tower, coordination and installation of power and communications to the ASOS antenna tower location from Terminal building electrical room, installation of ASOS equipment, placement of sod, seeding and mulching. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, a deposit of cash or by a certified check payable to City of Lumberton, and drawn on some bank or trust company authorized to do business in the State of North Carolina, for an amount equal to 5% of the total base bid, as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, the required Contract will be executed and the required Performance Bond and Payment Bond furnished within fifteen (15) days after receipt of written notice of formal award of Contract. It is the intent of City of Lumberton to award all schedules of work; however, the award of this contract is contingent upon the availability of Federal, State, and Local funds. The City of Lumberton reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
