DOCUMENTS The plans and specifications as well as the submission form can be consulted or obtained from the office of the electronic tendering system , from Wednesday February 16, 2022 , according to the methods and costs indicated on the electronic tendering system website . Only bids from contractors having an establishment in Quebec or, when an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by this agreement, and holding, where applicable, will be considered for the purpose of awarding a contract , the license required under the Building Act (RSQ, cB -1. 1). Only bidders who have obtained the tender document directly from electronic tendering system are eligible to bid. To be valid, each bid must be accompanied by a certified check drawn on a chartered bank or a bid bond issued by an insurance company for an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the amount total of the tender, payable to the order of the municipality of Morin-Heights. This bond shall be valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of opening of tenders.
