Site work and paving for a road / highway in Ithaca, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
This project consists of providing materials, equipment, and labor to fully reconstruct approximately 1,440 linear feet of College Avenue in the City of Ithaca. The work includes, but is not limited to, removal of the existing road section and sidewalks, installation and repair of storm water facilities, sidewalks, a new street lighting system, installation of granite curbing, sub-base, structural soil and plantings, asphalt pavement, pavement striping and maintenance and protection of traffic. This is a unit price contract. The Work must be substantially completed by November 15, 2022 and ready for final payment by December 31, 2022. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality or technicality in any bid in the interest of the Owner.
