Unless otherwise indicated, this call for tenders is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), the Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Quebec and Ontario (ACCQO), the Quebec and New Brunswick Public Procurement Liberalization Agreement (AQNB) and the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement between Canada and the European Union (CETA). The City incurs no liability for the fact that written notices or any documents conveyed by electronic system are incomplete or contain any error or omission whatsoever.
