Money orders and/ or company checks will not be acceptable. Such security will be no less than 5% of the net amount bid, excluding taxes. Once the Notice to proceed is issued, the project must be substantially completed in 6 Months. Rain delay days will be accepted. Liquidated damages are $300.00 per calendar day.
