As of May 16, 2022, this project is under construction. This project consists of constructing a new wood framed facility of about 5,100 sf, including extensive sitework. NOTE: specifications are not in numerical order by sections. Use the search feature to find your spec’s. There are two alternates – one for fencing and one changing type of CMU. Also a few unit prices – see Bid Form. Required trades are listed below by Division (check specification, as list may not be all inclusive): 02 - Earthwork, bituminous paving, curbing, segmental block retaining walls, utilities, flagpole, fencing, RI Std. mailbox, etc. 03 - Concrete – Foundations, slab on grade, & sidewalks. 04 - Masonry – Block walls at kennels, and garage. 05 - Misc. Metals – steel columns, bollards, etc. 06 - Carpentry –Building framing, sheathing, blocking, trusses, decking, etc. 06 - Finish Carpentry – cabinets, countertops, casework, PC trim, vinyl shingles, decorative columns, FRP, etc. 07 - Dampproofing, rigid insulation, blanket insulation, building wrap, sheet metal, asphalt shingles and membrane roofing, gutters & downspouts, and caulking. 08 - Metal doors & Frames and wood doors, overhead doors, aluminum entrances and storefronts, PVC windows, door hardware, and glazing. 09 - Drywall, acoustical ceilings, ceramic tile, resilient flooring & base, entrance mats, painting, and fiberglass reinforced panels. 10 - Toilet accessories, flagpole, fire extinguishers & cabinets, and signs. 11 - Prefinished cabinets and casework. 15 - Plumbing, Fire Protection, and HVAC work. 16 - Electrical, and Life Safety work.
