Renovation of a water / sewer project in Paige, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of: Interior Wet Coating Repairs:Clean and remove organic and inorganic compounds from entire interior of tank.Perform surface prep of SSPC-SP11 to spot areas of rust and damaged coatings.Apply NSF 61 approved epoxy at 14- 16 mils DFT to prepped areas only. Exterior Coating Repairs: Pressurewash full exterior.Perform surface prep of SSPC-SP2 to full exterior surface.Perform surface prep of SSPCSP2/3 to spot areas of rust and damaged coating.Apply one coat of epoxy mastic @ 4-6 mils DFT to spot prepped areas only.Apply one coat of penetrating sealer to entire exterior of tank. Apply one coat of water borne acryl ace of tank. The project (Elevated Storage Tank) is located on the east side of Lohmans Crossing Road approximately 0.6 miles west of FM 620 in Travis County, Texas. A pre-bid conference will not be held for this project. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Removal and application of interior and exterior elevated storage tank coating system with some spot area repairs.
