THE WORK INCLUDES: Bleacher replacement and associated improvements at Al Ritt Field. Pavement rehabilitation at Jenkins Early Childhood Center, Wylie Elementary School, and Dexter High School. Dexter Community Schools make a continuous effort to broaden their business relationships with Diversity Firms (aka Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUB)) and local businesses. EEO M/F/H/V All bids must contain a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship existing between the bidder or any employee of the bidder and any member of the Dexter Community Schools Board of Education and acknowledge compliance with the Michigan Iran Economic Sanctions. All addenda will be posted to the site linked below. Each bidder shall ascertain, prior to submitting a bid, that they have reviewed all addenda issued and shall acknowledge such on the Bid Proposal Form. No addendum will be issued later than three (3) days prior to the date for receipt of bids except an addendum, if necessary, postponing the date for receipt of bids or withdrawing the request for bids. Bidders are responsible for all costs and coordination of their work as it is shown within the entire project manual and all other project bid documents. Dexter Community Schools reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to accept other than a low bid, and to waive informalities, irregularities and/or errors in proposals, which it feels is in its best interest.
