W&WW budgets annually for watermain renewals and has identified the opportunity to partner with a CIPP lining contractor to complete this work over the next 3 years. The City is looking for a contractor to line the watermains using Cured-In-Place Pipe with the City utilizing their current equipment and crews to do excavations. In order to minimize the impact to residents Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) was chosen as the preferred rehabilitation method. The CIPP for this project will be a fully structural, NSF Standard 61 compliant, Class IV liner. By using a trenchless method that can reinstate services from within the main, it will be cost effective, reliable, have minimal disruption to residents, be resistant to corrosion, and have a minimum service life of 50 years after the host pipe is gone. By using CIPP we do not have to trench the line in place. Completion of the work required to line the identified mains. Warranty information, quality assurance reports, calculations, construction summaries, and any other relevant project information.
