As of 4/21/2022 no award has been made. Award details will be made available late May following County Council approval . Considering the current COVID-19 (corona virus) outbreak, until further notice, the following procedure is in effect: Bids may also be submitted electronically by email in pdf format. All other requirements stated in the Solicitation Document remain in effect. Emails should be addressed to: lacbid@lacnm.us. Subject line of the email must contain the following information: RESPONSE IFB22-56 Los Alamos WWTP Tertiary Treatment Building. No Proposal may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of proposals. All forms of bribes, gratuities, and kickbacks are prohibited by state law. The County of Los Alamos is an Equal Opportunity Employer Notice to Proceed June 7, 2022 Substantial Completion Date March 4, 2023 Final Completion Date April 3, 2023 Performance Bond and Labor-Materials Bond shall be executed after receipt of Notice of Award to the successful bidder in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount payable by the terms of the contract
