Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Kasota, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for outdoor lighting for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; road / highway; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Work includes construction of roadway, parking lot, sidewalk, multi-use trail, pedestrian bridge, street lighting, recreational equipment, shoreline restoration, site furnishings, seeding/plant restoration, and wayfinding signage. The City will publicly open and read all bids received by the Auditor/Parks Director immediately thereafter for the furnishing of all labor, tools, equipment, materials and every other article or thing necessary for the complete construction of the following improvement, to-wit: LAKE WASHINGTON REGIONAL PARK AND CAMPGROUND IMPROVEMENTS Work includes construction of roadway, parking lot, sidewalk, multi-use trail, pedestrian bridge, street lighting, recreational equipment, site furnishings, seeding/plant restoration, and wayfinding signage. All bids must be sealed, dated, and marked "LAKE WASHINGTON REGIONAL PARK AND CAMPGROUND IMPROVEMENTS". The Work will be substantially complete on or before October 1, 2022 ; General Conditions on or before December 1, 2022
