This project is generally described as Phase 2 of the BPHS Sidewalk Replacement and Heating System Improvements, which is located at 916 Piney Drive, Big Piney, WY. The Phase 1 project consisted of demolition and replacement of approximately 9,200 SF of concrete entrance pad. The 6,000+- SF front entrance also included installation of approximately 14,000 LF of hydronic tubing and control manifolds for a snowmelt system. The Phase 2 project includes installation of the boilers and hydronic piping from the boilers to the outer wall of the building. The proposed piping path distance to the boiler to the outer wall connection is estimated to be 300 feet.
