**Project was awarded to Milwaukee General Construction Company, Inc. in the amount of $118,712.50 Project involves spot repair and/or replacement of catch basins, pavement, and curb and gutter. Approximate Quantities are as follows: o 375 Square Yards - 7" Concrete Pavement o 250 Lineal Feet - 31" Curb and Gutter o 5 Catch Basin Chimney Repair- 0" to 6" o 16 Catch Basin Chimney/Structure Replacement- 6" to 12" o 14 Catch Basin Chimney/Structure Replacement- 12" to 24" o 1 Catch Basin Chimney/Structure Replacement- 24" to 36" o 3 Remove and Replace Catch Basin Structures 2'x3' Pre-Cast Specifications, Proposal forms, and Prequalification forms are on file and may be obtained from the Office of the City Engineer. "Prequalification Statement" forms for the current year shall be on file with the Office of the City Engineer 7 days prior to the affixed time of the bid opening. The responsibility of the low bidder will be determined by the Common Council using the information furnished, before awarding the contract. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond, or a certified check, or cash, in the amount not less than five percent (5%) not more than ten percent (10%) of the bid. Certified checks are to be made payable to the City of St. Francis. Procurement of the work and the award of the contract will be in accordance with the provisions of S.62.15, S.66.0903 and S.779.16, Wisconsin Statutes. The City of St. Francis reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities, or to accept any bid which in its opinion will be most advantageous to the City.
