DASNY is soliciting bids for Western New York Children's Psychiatric Center Addition, Renovations, Asbestos and Hazardous Materials Abatement project located at 1010 East and West Road, West Seneca, in Erie County. The project consists of a new inpatient and supportive services addition, as well as interior renovations to the existing administration and educational wings. The project is phased to allow various programs to be relocated during construction and the facility will be fully operational throughout construction. Work includes, but is not limited to, new secure outdoor recreation areas, relocation of driveways and new parking areas, hazardous materials abatement; general construction, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, fire protection, fire alarm, security, data, and telephone; sitework upgrades and improvement.
