DASNY is soliciting bids for Western New York Children's Psychiatric Center Addition, Renovations, Asbestos and Hazardous Materials Abatement project located at 1010 East and West Road, West Seneca, in Erie County. The project consists of a new inpatient and supportive services addition, as well as interior renovations to the existing administration and educational wings. The project is phased to allow various programs to be relocated during construction and the facility will be fully operational throughout construction. Work includes, but is not limited to, new secure outdoor recreation areas, relocation of driveways and new parking areas, hazardous materials abatement; general construction, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, fire protection, fire alarm, security, data, and telephone; sitework upgrades and improvement. One Construction Contract will be awarded with an estimated value of $34,000,000 - $35,000.000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. All individuals who plan to attend pre-bid meetings or bid openings in person will be required to complete and present a DASNY Visitor Covid-19 Screening Questionnaire, present government-issued picture identification to building security officials and obtain a visitors pass prior to attending the bid opening.
