Site work for a water / sewer project in Columbus, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: The work shall include the installation of approximately 4,700 feet of 8-inch-diameter sanitary sewer, replacement of approximately 1,500 feet of 2-inch water main, and the installation of a duplex grinder pump station with approximately 700 feet of 1.5-inch force main. Each bid shall be accompanied by a surety bond or certified check in a sum equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid; and non-collusion specifications, which are now on file in the Commissioners' office and are made a part thereof by reference thereto. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or any part of said bid. Bidders shall comply with the President's Executive Order No. 11246, Equal Employment Opportunity as amended. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 60 days after the time set for receiving Bids. Contract award shall be made based on the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder.
