Editorial Content Team is actively seeking updated information Project no: W912PL-10-R-0025 The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Los Angeles District has been tasked to solicit for and award a design and construction contract for the FY22 the renovation of the CRH Simulator:BNV133006 at Davis Monthan Air Force Base, AZ, in accordance with the criteria contained herein and using industry standard materials and efficient practices. The solicitation will be prepared in accordance with FAR 15, and include evaluation factors, developed in accordance with FAR 15.304. This project will be advertised using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process (see FAR 15.101-2). Under this process is appropriate when best value is expected to result from selection of the technically acceptable proposal with the lowest evaluated price. This acquisition is SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDVOSB) . In accordance with FAR 36.204, the estimated magnitude range for this project is: Between $5,000,000 and 10,000,000.00. Be advised that according to AFARS 5132.702(a)(ii)(B) - Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available. Additionally, offerors may not anticipate a change to the solicitation until the change, revision, correction, or alteration of the solicitation is actually made, in writing and published as an amendment to the solicitation.
