Saving Project...

Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Luray, Virginia. Working plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

The selected bidder shall furnish all expertise, labor, and resources to construct a concrete foundation and erect a 53' x 35' steel building at the Battle Creek Landfill. All foundation blueprints were designed by Labella Engineering. The foundation and building blueprints and erection instruction are available for review at the landfill and they will be available at the site inspection. The winning bidder will receive copies of the blueprints and erection instructions. The work must be completed by June 30, 2022. Late April 2022 Anticipated Award Direct all technical inquiries concerning this Invitation for Bids to Jeff Blevins, Director of Solid Waste Operations, at jblevins@pagecounty.virginia.gov. Questions must be submitted via email by 2:00 p.m. on March 18, 2022. The County reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or reject any or all proposals and maintains no obligation to select any bid.
