Deadline for receiving questions is 3:00 pm on March 30, 2022. If questions are received, a Question & Answer document will be posted to BC Bid by 3:00 pm on April 1, 2022. The lowest priced or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. This solicitation is subject to the Trade, Investment and Labour Mobility Agreement (TILMA), the national Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), the New West Partnership Trade Agreement (NWPTA), the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO GPA) and the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA). Amendment #3 to add a Covid-19 clause to replace 6.07 on the Operational Services Contract, and to add Question and Answer Document. The proposed contract is a multiphase contract consisting of three (3) Timber Sale Licenses (about twelve (12) blocks) in the Big Valley Operating Area and one Timber Sale License (about six (6) blocks) in the Little Swift Operating Area, including Old Growth verification.
