Site work for a water / sewer project in Waynesville, Ohio. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

As of December 18, 2023, this project has been cancelled. A detailed scope has not yet been released. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) through the Division of Parks & Watercraft (P&W) is responsible for the management of the Caesar Creek State Park Marina in Warren County. Caesar Creek Lake is a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) flood control impoundment leased by ODNR for recreational usage. The full-service marina features a harbormaster building as well as leased and transient docks from Apr 1 to Oct 15. The marina currently has 105 seasonal slips. 20% of these slips are available via lottery each August. The marina also offers 17 transient slips, public restrooms, fuel pier, sanitary pump out station, concessions with indoor seating, and an outside deck. The demand for slips outweighs the current availability. Through this selection process, ODNR will engage an A/E, with extensive marina and boating access design experience, to provide design and construction administrative services for an additional pier. The new pier will include 82 additional slips for seasonal dockage. The scope includes a new parking area with associated lighting and bioswale, dock lighting, and amenities such as water and electric to serve multiple slips in the new pier. The design services will produce a complete set of design documents (including all associated permits) for the purpose of bidding along with bidding and construction stage services.
