Port of Columbia Request for Proposal for Contract Services (RFP) Landscaping & Weed /Pest Control Scope of Work - The Purpose of this RFP is to collect a list of services provided and price quotes for a 1 (one) year service contract for landscaping and weed control at the Port of Columbia Industrial Park properties located along Port Way & Cameron Street in Dayton, WA as well as Blue Mountain Station located at 700 Artisan Way, Dayton WA. Work is required to be completed by a licensed landscaper. Contract may be extended annually for a total of 3 years if work is performed as specified. The following will need to be maintained: Irrigation System Maintenance, Landscape Maintenance, and Weed Control (Contractor will need to work with Port and tenants on areas sensitive to spray usage) Bidder Information By responding to this quote, bidder agrees to furnish materials, equipment, or services in compliance with the terms, conditions, and specifications set forth in this document and all amendments and certifies that all necessary facilities and personnel are available and established at the time of quote submittal. Bidder will need to provide proof of Washington State Contractor License, Proof of Pesticide Applicators License and Proof of Insurance.
