Work includes enclosing the open bays and installing four garage bay doors and four man doors, one for each bay. Clean all 4 bays by HEPA vacuuming and power washing, removing all bird and/or rodent droppings and waste. Remove existing interior stairs and design, fabricate, and install new stairs. Remove existing plastic curtains at each end of central bay and install new garage door curtains. Install pigeon netting/screening. Clean and sanitize Warehouse central bay on both floors. a. This project is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside IAW FAR 19.502-2(b). NAICS: 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, the small business size standard is $39.5 million. Contractors must be currently listed in the System for Award Management(SAM) as a Small Business for this solicitation's NAICS code. Those offerors not listed as a Small Business for NAICS 236220 may be deemed ineligible for further consideration for award. b. Award of this solicitation will result in a firm-fixed price contract. c. Onsite construction shall be executed within 5 calendar days of notice to proceed. d. IAW FAR 36.204, the magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000 e. Site visit is scheduled for Monday, February 28, 2022 at 9am Pacific Time.
