Lawn Fertilizing, Seeding, Aeration, Weed and Pest Control The Massachusetts Port Authority ("Massport" or the "Authority") invites Proposals from qualified firms Interested in entering into an agreement for goods or services The Authority intends to enter into one or more Purchase Order(s) for the Scope of Service The term of the Purchase Order(s) for shall be three (3) years with two (2) one (1) year renewal options to extend. The Authority reserves its rights with regard to earlier termination of the Purchase Order in accordance with the terms therein. The undersigned, as bidder, declares that the only persons or parties interested in this Proposal as principals are those named herein; that this Proposal is made without collusion with any other, and bidder proposes and agrees, if this Proposal is accepted, that bidder will contract with the Authority to furnish, and deliver at the time and place stipulated according to the requirements as herein set forth at the quoted prices: The Contractor shall provide all material, labor, equipment and supervision necessary for the proper, legal and professional application of lawn care materials to the ornamental lawn areas at the Massport locations listed above. Applicators must be commercially licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to apply such materials for hire. MSDS sheets shall be furnished prior to any applications and service bulletins left advising the Massport representative as to what has been applied and any instructions for follow up care of lawn. Granule applications must be used as no spraying is allowed in this area. Massport also shall be pre-notified according to law as to when any application are to take place. All treated lawn areas shall be posted according to law. Contractor shall provide a certificate of insurance prior to commencement of any application.
