All requests for interpretations related to this RFB may be submitted to the Project Manager at gling@townofchapelhill.org by 5:00 pm on Thursday, February 24, 2022. Responses to questions received will be published in the form of an addendum on the Town's site by Friday, February 25, 2022. In accordance with Section 143-131, North Carolina General Statutes, the Town of Chapel Hill is soliciting informal quotations for a contract for variable four-inch to eight-inch depth patching on multiple Town roads. Attached are the Specifications, Informal Bid Proposal Form, and Sample Small Services Contract for this project.Bid, Performance and Payment Bonds are not required for this project. Either party may terminate this Contract at any time by giving the other party thirty (30) days written notice of termination prior to the end of the term as described herein. The Town of Chapel Hill reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
