Renovation of an educational facility in Rock Hill, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Rock Hill School District is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to remove the existing floor, supply and install tile and turf flooring at Northwestern High School weight room. Bids shall be received in accordance to the invitation for bid and any supplemental information provided. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project. If you are an interested contractor and wish to be listed as a bidder, please notify our editorial staff at addtobidlist@constructconnect.com. The weight room measures 95 feet by 60 feet. The District intends to use ECORE Ultra Tile Dark Gray (EL502) 1''x24x2'' flooring. The flooring shall also have an inlaid which shall consist of twelve (12) 6x8ft Ecore Inlaid Rubber Logos in black (SBR) with the Northwestern Trojan logo centered. The inlaid logo must be approved by the district prior to printing. The inlaid will be placed in the front of each rack. Flooring must have impact absorption and warranty for at least 6-years. It is the policy of the District to pursue the goal of at least 10% Small and Minority Business Enterprise (SMBE) utilization in the provision of goods and servicesto the District while at the same time maintaining the quality of goods and services provided to the District through the competitive bidding process.
