The Owner invites tenders for BX Creek Dam Removal and Restoration. A summary of specific work items includes the following (approx. quantities): 1. Removal and disposal of existing concrete dam. 2. Excavation and grading restoration of BX Creek, ~2,000 m3 (sediment removal). 3. Installation of geotextiles, ~700 m2. 4. Construction of bank and toe stabilization, ~1,300 m3 of 250kg rip rap. 5. Removal of a CSP 600mm bypass pipe and replacement with a temporary CSP 900mm bypass pipe. 6. Removal of bypass channel and poly linear. 7. Site restoration and restoration planting.
