COUNTY OF MORRIS LEGAL NOTICE Separate SEALED BIDS will be received by the Purchasing Agent of the County of Morris on March 1, 2022 at 10:00 AM, Eastern Standard Time in the Office of Purchasing, Morristown, New Jersey for the respective project as follows: Bid #B22-66 Fire Extinguisher Maintenance & Inspection Rates for Morris County Facilities Bid documents are available for downloading for free from http://www.morriscountybidsystem.com/, or may be picked up on or after Thursday, February 17, 2022 in the Office of Purchasing at the address below during regular business hours. The County of Morris shall not be responsible for full or partial sets of Contract Documents, including addenda, obtained from any other source. Accordingly, we ask that Bidders/Respondents may wish to consider not attending the Bid Openings in person. We do note that if Bidders/Respondents choose to attend, they are required to be screened by Courthouse security. If they show any signs of illness, they will not be permitted access to the building. Due to the circumstances, during the bid opening process, a bid review and providing unit prices will not take place at the openings. Instead, this information will be posted online once available.
