Further, for that reason, as well as because of a language in the New Jerseys Annual Appropriations Act, refusal to disclose campaign contributions otherwise required by N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.2 et seq. and 19:44A-20.25 et seq., will not adversely affect your consideration for award. The vendor shall maintain all documentation related to products, transactions, or services under this contract for a period of five years from the date of final payment. Such records shall be made available to the New Jersey Office of the State Comptroller upon request. Cost plus fixed fee with the NJDOT overhead rates and procedures are to be used when preparing the Cost Proposal. Instead, this information will be posted electronically once available.
