Site work and paving for a road / highway in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and road / highway.
Landscape, trails, irrigation, and furnishings The work of this Contract includes but is not necessarily limited to: grading, drainage, concrete trails and sidewalks sprinkler Irrigation, planting, grassing and landscape maintenance as shown on drawings and specified herein. B. Contractor's Duties: 1. Except as specifically noted, provide and pay for: a. Labor, materials and equipment. b. Tools, construction equipment and machinery. c. Other facilities and services necessary for proper execution and completion of work. d. Taxes, when required. 2. Secure and pay for, as necessary for proper execution and completion of work, as applicable at time of receipt of bids, and/or execution of Contract. a. Permits b. Government fees c. Licenses 3. Contractor shall locate irrigation lines, drainage or sewer lines, water, gas, and other utility and electrical service lines, piping and conduits in the work area. Contractor shall not disrupt any existing utility lines. Should any interfere with work notify Landscape Architect for disposition. Bid due date is herby revise to Tuesday, March 22, 2022 at 2:00 P.M. The zoom credentials from Addendum 01 will remain the same to attend the bid open. Contract duration is 120 days from date of commencement. 11. Anticipated start date for this project will be mid April 2022.
