ENGINEERS ESTIMATE: $550,000 City of Lincoln, California, will receive bids for the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and services for Joiner Park Reclaimed Water located in the City of Lincoln, Placer County, California. The City reserves the right to postpone the date and time for opening of bids at any time prior to the date and time announced in the advertisement. No pre-bid conference Each bid must be accompanied by cash, a certified or cashier's check or a bidder's bond in the sum of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total aggregate amount of the bid including the highest alternate. The successful bidder will be required to post a Labor and Materials Payment Bond and a Performance Bond, both in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price, no later than ten (10) days after notification of award of the contract, and before the City will execute the Agreement for Construction The City of Lincoln reserves all rights to reject any and/or all bids, or to utilize any alternate procedure as authorized by Public Contract Code sections 20166 and 20167. The City also reserves all rights to waive any informality in the bids or bidding.The City reserves all rights to accept or not accept alternates as set forth on the bid form.
