Project Identification: Central Building District Office Renovations. 1. Project Location: 6300 Walker Street, St. Louis Park, MN 55426. Project Description: Project consists of renovation to existing Central community center building into district office space and conference rooms. F. Construction Contract: Bids will be received for the following Work: 1. General Contract (all trades). BID SECURITY A. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. B. Bid security shall be provided as cash deposit, certified check on a responsible bank in the State of Minnesota, or a bidder's bond. 1. Bid security shall be made payable to Independent School District #283. A. Successful bidder shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall complete the Work within the Contract Time. 1. Work is to begin on the following Dates: a.
