Request for a Regional Master Standing Offer (RMSO) for the provision, upon request, of wood and construction material products. Due to the impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic, temporary measures are being taken on-site at the Québec Region Bid Receiving Unit to encourage social distancing. The health and safety of staff and suppliers remains our top priority. Suppliers are required to submit offers electronically using the Canada Post epost Connect application for the subject Request for Standing Offers. This service allows suppliers to submit offers to PWGSC Bid Receiving Units. This online service enables the electronic transfer of large files up to Protected B level. Faxed and hard copy (submitted in person or via mail/courier) offers will not be accepted for the subject Request for Standing Offers. All Federal Departments and Organisations located in the following regions: - Montreal Metropolitan Community (including Drummondville, Cowansville, La Macaza, Joliette) - Quebec Metropolitan Community (including Donnacona) This Standing Offer will be divided into three (3) periods of four (4) months each. PWGSC reserves the right to award up to 2 standing offers (one per region) for each period. First period March 18, 2022, 14h00 (EDT) April, May, June, and July 2022 Second period July 12, 2022, 14h00 (EDT) August, September, October, and November 2022 Third period November 10, 2022, 14h00 (EST) December 2022, January, February, and March 2023 All inquiries and other communications concerning this Request for Standing Offer must be sent in writing only to the contracting authority named in the Request for Standing Offer.
