Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lancaster, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This project involves the pavement planing, asphalt resurfacing and curb ramp upgrades on approximately 3 miles of City Streets. All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. The contractor shall pay State of Ohio Prevailing rates as required in Section 4115 of the Ohio Revised Code. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the City of Lancaster, Ohio reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility.
