The contents of RFP and Bidder's (also referred to as Contractor in these documents) Proposal will become contractual obligations if a contract ensues. The Board shall not accept a bid that does not include these sworn and notarized disclosure statements. Include in your base bid for an allowance of $10,000. This is to be used at the Owner's discretion.Contractor shall warranty materials and installation of all components for a period of 24 months from date of acceptance by the owner of job completion.
